It has three seperate operational divisions:
Medicines,Medical Equipment and Consumer Division.
 
The Medicine division has a substantial share of the pharmaceutical market; with an annual turnover of over $10 million. It is one of the top 5 pharmaceutical marketing companies in the local market. It represents around 30 international manufacturers, more than 300 pharmaceutical preparations that cover almost all therapeutic classes and lines. The division presently owns and manages four pharmacies however there are plans to expand into ownership and managing of more pharmacies.
 
The Medical Equipment division represents world leaders in medical equipment manufacturing. (These two divisions are served by an independent and efficient commercial staff, a team of 70 dedicated medical representatives, having years of expereince in the local market and share an excellent relationship and rapport with key personnel in the private and governmental sectors).
 
The Consumer division has worked with a number of leading international brands over several years, has gained wide experience from a number of Blue Chip/FMCG companies of household cleaning, health and personal care products.
